Upromise Brand Identity Design

A COHESIVE VISUAL SYSTEM
Upromise is known for its rewards program that helps parents to save up for their children’s college education, by accrue credits on eligible purchases that are directed to a college savings plan. As a 360° campaign, our main objective is to strengthen the brand, re-focus on it’s core message: Help parents save for child’s college.

First, we re-created the brand identity by giving it a confident and uplifting new look, from dynamic color palette to originated photography/video content - a cohesive visual system that depicts characteristics of the company.

By centering messaging around the promises parents make to their children, a dialogue was created with parents that was light-hearted, yet sincere and empathetic. A clear infographic was integrated into the video to further clarify how Upromise works.

Upromise Website Redesign

The success from the new Upromise branding leads to our next project: update and redesign their membership website upromise.com. Our goal is not only to create a new interface that falls in line with the new branding guidelines, but also improve user experience, engage customers to shop through Upromise portal for retail rewards, without cluttered promotional tactics. To refine user journey, we wireframed all possible features and sections, streamlined site structure enables users to perform different account activities with ease. Also we upgraded the entitlement and authentication systems, the new registration and login process was easy and made members feel right at home.

Upromise Mastercard Digital Marketing

To promote Upromise Mastercard from Barclays, a series of landing pages and combo apps were created, all retain the same look, tone and feel of the new brand identitity: playful, sincere and empathetic.
